  • “Dessert service transformed”

The heated glass means guests can actually see the cakes, and the temperature held through a 40-degree weekend. Very quiet.

    Tanja S., Knysna, Western Cape

  • “The prettiest thing on our welcome table”

We infuse rosemary and grapefruit — it looks like something from a magazine. The gold spigot is solid, not painted plastic.

Aneesa F., Cape Town, Western Cape

  • “Guests asked where the buffet was styled”

The gold trim photographs beautifully under warm light. Held our curry and rice hot for the full reception and cleaned up in the dishwasher.

    Naledi K., Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

  • “Breakfast rush solved”

Fourteen smoothies per jug, ice disappears in seconds, and the jug still looks new after four months of daily service. Worth every rand.

    Kiran P., Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

  • “Ran a 180-guest wedding without reheating”

We filled it at 15:00 and it was still pouring perfect tea at 19:30. The tap doesn't drip at all, which saved our linen. Arrived in Joburg two days after ordering.

    Thandiwe M., Sandton, Gauteng

  • “Perfect braai-side plancha”

Made halloumi and smash burgers over the coals. Seasoning was already good and the handles stay cool with a cloth. Heavy in the best way.

    Sipho D., Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

  • “Even bake, no tray swapping”

We do 300 croissants weekly for hotels. Even colour top to bottom, and the steam injection gives a proper shine. The support team helped us plan the 16 A circuit before delivery.

Chef Mandla N., Cape Town, Western Cape

  • “Gifted at a wedding, loved it”

The canvas roll makes it feel considered, and the gold handles match our platters. Delivered with a hand-written note.

Zanele H., East London, Eastern Cape

  • “Quiet enough for a café counter”

Loud, but that is a blender. The soft start means no smoothie on the ceiling, and the presets save my staff from guessing.

    Lerato S., Polokwane, Limpopo

  • “Solid refrigeration, lovely lighting”

Two deliveries mid-service and it recovers temperature quickly. Register the compressor warranty when it arrives — easy online form.

    Owen M., Gqeberha, Eastern Cape

Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

We deliver to every province in South Africa using insured, tracked couriers. Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban are usually 1–4 business days after payment clears. Regional and outlying areas take 3–7 business days. Large items such as the Lumen convection oven or Polaris display fridge are delivered by two-person service and require someone on site to receive them.

How much is delivery?

Courier delivery is a flat R149 nationwide and free on orders over R5 000. Collection from our Mbombela showroom is free — we will confirm a collection slot. Bulky orders outside major centres may need a custom delivery quote before dispatch, which we always confirm with you first.
